The Quality System enables us to avoid costs that are due to a "lack of quality". We document any "nonconformities" that we detect, which allows us to take the necessary "Corrective Actions" or "Preventive Actions" in order to prevent them from occurring again in the future.
Customer satisfaction is one of our primary objectives, and therefore, each one of our offices carries out a specific opinion poll in order to obtain customer feedback about each one of our offices. Based on the answers from the opinion poll, we obtain valuable information for implementing the constant improvements that we strive to make.
With the Quality System implemented in each one of our member offices, we aim to generate CONFIDENCE not only among our customers but also among those who form part of our organizations.
