• Quality Certification: All of the offices of LEXUNION have the quality of their services certified by officially recognized organizations, or are in the process of obtaining such certification. In this manner, if for geographic reasons, your case cannot be processed at your usual office close to home, you can be assured that whichever office handles your case, it will do so with the same professionalism as that of your usual office.
• National and international tracking of cases: Our network proposes having a member office in each Autonomous Community throughout Spain, which will allow us to offer a comprehensive tracking of a case throughout all of Spain. In the same manner, G.I.P.E. INTERNATIONAL enables us to achieve the same objective throughout Europe, Africa, North America, Latin America and Oceania.
• Participation in research: Our members participate actively in the annual conferences organized by G.I.P.E. INTERNATIONAL and in their scientific studies. In addition, in 2007, we collaborated in writing a comparative law manual on inheritance law and spousal agreements with respect to marital assets. Recently, we also collaborated in writing a comparative law manual on corporate structures. We are always working to stay up-to-date not only as it pertains to national regulations, but to also be in the forefront of European Law.
• Launch of the "Cobranza" (Collections) trademark: Our members are currently working on a new service to be promoted on the LEXUNION SPAIN Network, which will enable making claims for non-payment from companies throughout Spain. With this unique and efficient methodology, customers will not be charged commission in advance and will only be charged if the debt is paid. We will handle all of the details out of court, or where necessary, file a lawsuit on behalf of our customers.
